Baby in stroller hit, killed by car in Buffalo, N.Y.

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Police say a baby in a stroller has been struck by a car and killed in western New York.

Officers tell CBS affiliate WIVB-TV the southbound vehicle struck the 7-month-old girl, her mother and another person on a street at around 9:45 p.m. Sunday in Buffalo.

The baby was taken to Erie County Medical Center, where she died.

Police say the mother and the other person suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

As of Monday morning, no charges had been filed.
