WOODBRIDGE, N.J. (CBS/AP) Autopsy results show an infant whose body was found on the banks of a New Jersey river drowned, and police believe it may be 3-month old Zara Malanilin Abdur-Raheem, whose father is accused of throwing her off a bridge.

State Police Sgt. Stephen Jones says officials believe the body is the girl's because of her clothing.

Police are waiting for DNA results to confirm the identity. The baby's father is accused of throwing her off the Driscoll Bridge into the Raritan River on Feb. 16, 2010.

Prosecutors believe Shamsid-Din Abdur-Raheem killed his daughter hours after taking her from her grandmother's apartment in East Orange, N.J.

The 21-year-old Galloway Township resident has pleaded not guilty to murder and other charges.
