Baby Elephant's First Bath

The Cincinnati Zoo's new Asian elephant took a dip in public for the first time April 14.

His mother stood beside him as he was hosed down in a small plastic tub.

The little guy filled up the tub pretty quickly and seemed to enjoy the new experience.

When he had his first bath, he was only one month old. But already he weighed about 290 pounds.
