Anti-Stevens Dems Appeal To A Higher Power
The Alaska Democratic Party is bringing out the big guns against convicted Sen. Ted Stevens, holding a rally with local clergy to “discuss the need for elected officials to be ethical and have a strong moral compass.”
The rally will be held Thursday afternoon in Anchorage with representatives of several different faiths.
According to a press release announcing the event, the ministers will discuss several of life’s big questions, including: “What ethical expectations should we expect from our public officials?”
