Andrea Sneiderman, widow of man gunned down in Ga. daycare shooting, pleads not guilty

(CBS/AP) DECATUR, Ga. - Andrea Sneiderman, the widow of an entrepreneur gunned down outside a suburban Atlanta preschool in 2010, has pleaded not guilty in her husband's murder.

Andrea Sneiderman was arraigned Monday morning in DeKalb County Superior Court on a variety of charges, including malice murder and criminal attempt to commit murder.

According to CBS affiliate WGCL, the judge gave lawyers until Dec. 7 to file any motions.

Sneiderman was arrested in August and accused of conspiring with her former boss, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband, Dunwoody businessman Russell "Rusty" Sneiderman.

Neuman, who admitted to the killing, was found guilty but mentally ill and sentenced in March to life in prison. Andrea Sneiderman has denied involvement in the murder.

Andrea Sneiderman was released on bond but placed under house arrest in late August and has been living with her parents in Roswell.
