(CBS News) Amanda Bynes was pulled over Sunday night in Los Angeles for driving without her headlights turned on.

It's the latest in a string of run-ins with authorities over driving-related issues. According to the Los Angeles Times, police officers didn't ask the 26-year-old actress for her driver's license on Sunday. Lucky for Bynes, as her license is already suspended; she was hit last week with two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges.

Andrew Nieman of the LAPD told the LA Times that Bynes got off with a warning, noting it's not mandatory to run a driver's license.

Bynes already faces a drunk driving charge after allegedly hitting a Los Angeles County sheriff's vehicle on April 6. She was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after refusing to do a Breathalyzer exam. She pleaded not guilty.

Bynes' other traffic-related incidents were reported hit and runs - one on April 10 and the other on Aug. 4.
