Alleged white supremacist gang member arrested in Calif. murder

WESTMINSTER, Calif. -- A California man described by prosecutors as a "white supremacist gang member" has been charged in a deadly stabbing outside a popular pub, reports CBS Los Angeles.

Craig Tanber, 37 is accused of killing 22-year-old Shayan Mazroei early in the morning on Sept. 8, in Laguna Niguel, Calif.

Prosecutors say an argument between Tanber and Mazroei outside Patsy's Irish Pub ended when Mazroei was stabbed multiple times in the upper portion of his torso. Tanber allegedly fled the scene. He was arrested about 30 miles away on Sept. 11, in Westminster, Calif.

Tanber is charged with one felony count of murder with sentencing enhancements for the personal use of a knife, as well as counts related to previous convictions.

If convicted, he faces up to 76 years in prison.
