305 Counts of Child Porn For Iraq Contractor Richard Dill

Richard Dill (Fulton County Sheriff's Office)

TAMPA, Fla. (CBS/AP) A Tampa man working as a government services contractor in Iraq was welcomed home Sunday by officers of the U.S. Marshals Service, who arrested him on the spot on hundreds of child pornography counts.

Richard Dill was arrested at Atlanta International Airport after he got off a flight from Dubai. He was taken to the Fulton County Jail and is awaiting extradition to Florida.

A special agent with the Department of Homeland Security had alerted officials that Dill was on a Delta flight from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates heading to Atlanta on Sunday morning May 16.  His name was flagged and U.S. Marshals were waiting for him when the plane landed, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Florida had an arrest warrant for Dill on 305 counts of possession of child pornography.

A county judge set a bond of $2.2 million, according to a statement released by the U.S. Marshals.

Dill's roommate in Florida, Michael Booth, has also been charged with possession of child porn.
