3-Year-Old Smoked Pot, Parents Filmed it, Say Police

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (CBS/AP) Two young parents from Connecticut were arrested for allegedly filming their 3-year-old son smoking weed.

Middletown police say they found the video on Feb. 2 on a digital camera while searching the home of 23-year-old Kristian Augeri and 22-year-old Thomas Way.

Weapons and drugs were also found, police said.

The Middletown Press reports the video shows the child appearing to inhale from a glass pipe and then coughing. The paper says Augeri appears to be filming the scene and laughing, while Way is seen giving the pipe to the boy.

The parents are being held on $150,000 bonds on several charges.
