Hillary Clinton On Matters Of The Heart

(AP)
The important matters of state can wait: During a question and answer session in South Korea today, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was asked about the nature of love.

“I feel like more of an advice columnist than a Secretary of State today,” Clinton joked at the start of her response.

“I am very lucky because my husband is my best friend and he and I have been together for a very long time,” she continued. “Longer than most of you have been alive. And we have an an endless conversation. We never get bored. We get deeply involved in all of the work that we do and talk about it constantly and I just feel very fortunate that I have a relationship that has been so meaningful to me over my adult life.”

Clinton said there really is no description for love.

“How does anybody describe love?” she asked. “I mean, poets have spent millenia writing about love. Psychologists and authors of all sorts write about it. I think if you can describe it you may not fully be experiencing it because it is such a personal relationship.”

The secretary’s comments come a week after Valentine’s Day. Oddly enough, last Valentine’s Day this reporter had a personal interaction with Clinton: She called with well wishes because my significant other was stuck on the campaign trail following the then-presidential candidate.

Why did'nt the person conducting this interview ask the tough questions. Have you ever forgiven Bill for playing hide the sausage with Monica? Do you trust Bill after he made you the laughing stock of the world. Is it really love or pwer that keeps you with Bill? But one would'nt want to make her cry now would they?

Can''t stand to live with the fact that Bill Clinton was able to outwit a republican Congress...

Wait a minute, he was impeached and proved to be a liar. He did'nt fool anyone, especially not the American people. The blogs on this page will show you that and how much the Clintons have become parasites in the eyes of most of the Nation. Hillary is a woman that can not survive without a man, she is so full of c-rap. The only reason she stayed with the creep Bill is to further her political career. If se would have divorced him she would have disappeared from what she wants most media attention and a say in how badly this country gets screwed.

win4usa, I would say you have never experienced God's forgiving love toward you. The tough and courageous love Hillary has demonstrated for all the world to see is beyond your comprehension. and capability.

She's a disgrace to women by staying with a man who cheated on her. That's not love.

An uncaring and unjust legal system has converted law to which is damaging the general public. Unethical lawyers & other fiduciaries appointed by the courts to protect, nothing more than predators. Fed & state agencies allow the abuse. Court officers feeding $$ to state officials with a few select others thrown in. Try and file criminal charges against a court officer, executor or trustee and see where it gets you. The greatest commonality we share is ethical misconduct of the middle/core bureaucracy. Ethical misconduct is costing this country more than 9/11. It%u2019s likely this unethical behavior is reason the "Taliban" & "Al-Qaida" denounce western society.
1.Pressure authorities to prosecute ethical misconduct as the felony it is. 2.Extend `grand jury' rights to civil justice sector & be given the same rights as the criminal `grand jury'. Allow the public to present testimony & evidence to credible groups (Ex.Community & watchdog groups, etc.) These groups of laypeople would be able to allow indictments of criminals from -us denied justice.

Obama's so-called "popularity" is similar to that of Hitler in Germany, Castro in Cuba, Chavez in Venezuela and other megalomaniacs who have scourged humanity! Of course, it's probably part of the propaganda to help Obama achieve his plans to impose communism on us. Everyone around me in Florida is terrified of Obama. Those who have found refuge in the U.S. from the likes of Castro, Chavez and fellow socialists destroying Latin America know, from experience, that Obama%u2019s CHANGE means change toward Marxism, loss of freedom and rights, and greater poverty, despair and corruption, and YES WE CAN means Marxists like Castro, Chavez and Obama CAN fool people. We pray that we are able to defend ourselves from Obama, his accomplices and his brainwashed lemmings.

This article would be funny if it weren't so pathetic. What does Hillary know about love? She only married him for the future power and she only stayed with hime because of the money and power.

A self-centered, narcissistic, power-hungry egotist talking about love? Give me a break!!

I repeat.

"Odd how republicans are unable to defend their stance without calling other people names... I guess when they're wrong, verbal abuse is all they have left to use."

Don't be ridiculous. She's made a pile of money of her own. There is nothing to stop her from walking out the door and continuing to be able to fund her lifestyle.

She's independent enough to not be forced to stay with him unless she wanted to. I'd say she really does love him.

Some of the detractors here are nothing more than furious republicans. Bill Clinton is the only democrat who has successfully engaged and defeated the republican party over the last 24 years and republicans just can't handle that fact.
