America's most famous "hockey mom" is now a grandmother.

Sarah Palin's 18-year-old daughter Bristol has given birth to a healthy baby boy, People Magazine reports.

Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston was born in Palmer, Alaska, and weighed in at 7 lb., 4 oz.

"We think it's wonderful," Colleen Jones, the sister of Bristol's grandmother Sally Heath, told People. "The baby is fine and Bristol is doing well. Everyone is excited."

Bristol Palin's pregnancy caused a stir when it became public soon after her mother was tapped to be the Republican vice presidential nominee.

The father of the baby, former Wasilla High School hockey standout Levi Johnston, had announced plans to marry Bristol in 2009.

Seeing Russia from her house is a fallacy. The other is true--IF a person actually practiced abstinence. Those who refrain from sexxx do not get pregnant or have issues with pregnancy or STDs. That is a fact.

Somebody please tell that airhead that is what drop outs do--

1. Enroll in correspondence courses

2. Enroll in night school or weekend school

3. Test out and get a GED or enroll in a GED prep course

We call those who should be physically in Highschool but opt NOT to attend--DROP outs--because they are no longer attending HS. Those who are in "corrrespondence classes" qualify as drop outs as do night school attendees and GEDers.

By these calculations, and by proximity of the Russian New Year this makes Tripp the first baby to be named for the excuse Bristol gave the Gov when she tried to explain how she got pregnant, "But Mom, Levi tripped and fell on top of me." :); Reply to this comment

Find the post where I call anyone white trash or red neck.
I call the Palins trailer trash because "trailer trash" connotes a mentality which has no sense of decency, as the people so named are too ignorant to realize they are out of the mainstream and the lifestyle they engage in is counterproductive.

There are blacks in trailers also and if they engage in lack of education, loose morals, ignorant actions and promote them for the world--then they would also be called trailer trash. Trailer trash does not have a racial connotation it basically denigrates a mindset--something that can be adjusted or changed.

The Palins have, within their family, not only illegitimate children, but education failure, unkempt lawns (Levi''s is full of mud and skulls)and deliquency--Palin''s son was given a choice--jail or go to Iraq. Drug arrests -- Those traits of unkemptness, poor education, and loose morals can either be spelled out or routinely understood under the umbrella of trailer trash. But that is a lifestyle. It does not bear denigrating until those who live that way dare to foist themselves into the public eye--for political gain or fame--like people on Jerry Springer or Palin did running for VP.; Reply to this comment
