Obama: “They’re Even Trying To Make Michelle Into A Scary Person”

(CBS)

From CBS News' Maria Gavrilovic:

(CHICAGO) Barack Obama told a group of high dollar contributors last night that his critics are trying to paint him and his wife as “scary” people. One donor, Rick Fizdale, added the word, “Hussein” to his name tag in an effort to show solidarity with Obama. “The theory was, we’re all Hussein” Obama explained.

“But that accurately captures, I think, the strategy. Come on. They’re going to try to make me into a scary guy. They’re even trying to make Michelle into a scary person. Right? And so that drumbeat of we’re not sure if he’s patriotic or not, we’re not sure if he is too black. I don’t know, before I wasn’t black enough. Now he might be too black. We don’t know whether he’s going to socialize, who knows what?” he said as the crowd laughed.

“You laugh but this is what is being said, our challenge is to make sure that that tactic does not work,” Obama added.

The Obama campaign launched a website yesterday in order to combat internet and email rumors about both of the Obamas. As of late last night, the campaign estimates that 20,000 had registered on the website.

Barack and Michelle will be campaigning together today in Columbus, Ohio, at an event focusing on senior citizens and social security. Obama, who opposes privatizing social security, is expected to jab at McCain’s retirement plan.

Shock and Awe, the Right Wing Attack Machine is in full motion.
Attack, attack, attack%u2026

The Swift Boat, Smear Campaign has found the wife of the Democratic Presidential Nominee.

Lets us not forget, nor forgive these smear merchants for the crimes and detriment they''ve inflicted on all of us living in America.

Perpetual War.
Unfair taxation of the Middle Class.
High prices for Gasoline, Electricity, and EVERYTHING ELSE.
High Medical costs and Prescription Drugs.
Pollution
Corruption
Religious hypocrisy and abuse of tax laws
Degradation of our infrastructure
Continued export of American jobs to overseas slave labor
Decline in US stature and respect of the World Community

Not, to leave out the THIRTY-FIVE impeachable offenses committed by Goerge W. Bush and the Republican Whithouse.

With this performance record, the Republican Conservative Party has nothing left but, to slap a woman!

One More Time

Note: George H. Bush Sr. was the only President in Modern Times to have Both (International Experience), as (CIA Dir.) an (National Experience) 2 Terms as (R. VP) under Ronald Wilson Reagan (Mr.666 Himself)

And Bush Srs. A$$ lasted 1 Full Term as President...

So Much for being `Experienced`

Sorry

Governor George Bush Jr. Of Texas was In-Expeienced when he came into Office, During Office and Now Coming to the End of his Office, he leaves with the Lowest Approval rating of any US President.

A Governorship is (State-Regional Experience) Only

Ask Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton they too were of Governors of (Ga) & (Tex) with No National or International Experience, but the Most important thing, their saving Grace, they were White.

None of them had National Or International Experience....

Just say You want a White Person, ANY White Person, whether the White Person is a 72 Yr Old Semi Senile War Monger, with a Irrational Temper, with his Menaical Trembling Hands of the Button, just as long as he`s White.

PS: JIMMY CARTER BROKERED THE ISRAEL & EYGPTIAN MIDDLE EAST PEACE AGREEMENT & THE AMERICAN & RUSSIAN STRATEGIC NUCLEAR ARMS AGREEMENT AN BOTH AGREEMENTS STILL STAND, TO THIS VERY DAY.

Under the Writ of Habeas Corpus (we command that you have the body) an individual can seek relief from unlawful detention. The Right Wing wants (just watch them): to remove the right of safe guards for an individual against arbitrary action by the state.

Similar to the former Soviet Union, The Conservative Republican Party wants the ability to detain and possibly extinguish any voice of dissident, ANY DISSIDENT including you and I without process, or recourse.

And?, will the smear and swift boating of people from a Black Church, along with friends, and family of the Democratic Presidential Nominee change any of the factual results of the detriment the Republican Party has done to America?

Will it?

War
Corruption
Deaths
And Destruction

The Chickens and the Cows will come home to roost.

I suggest Americans scrutinize the details of the THIRTY-FIVE impeachable offenses committed by George Walker Bush(whose Grandfather supported the Nazi Party)before they consider casting another vote for any Republican Candidate.

It''s great to see Obama take this seamy underside of politics on directly. It''s the kind of thing that took the governorship of Texas from Ann Richards and cost John McCain one of those Carolina''s last time he ran. Obama''s the first one to address it directly. It has the most influence on people who get their politics from fear and/or hate mongers and a lot of those people just don''t know any better. They get their prejudices (fears) excited and draw a conclusion and close their minds and the next thing you know, somebody''s toast. We''ve seen it before. You can read about the Texas governorship in "Bush''s Brain" - the story of how Karl Rove happened.

Good line. The good thing is that now there is no excuse for reporters to spread these rumors without presenting the contradictory evidence. No matter how tight the deadline, you can visit his site and get their response.

So, you can''t go on reporting on Pelosi requesting a plane without mentioning that the Sergeant-at-Arms publicly said he made the request. Sure, there''s no story, but that means you SHOULD be reporting something else. But if you aren''t, then you should be presenting the evidence that shows WHY it''s a meritless story.

Even the Democrats think Michelle is scary.

From the way she carries herself, some of her speeches and interviews.
