The doctor who was with Michael Jackson when he died has been asked for another interview by investigators, as well as additional medical records, according to The Los Angeles Times. The newspaper says officials from the coroner's office have new questions for Dr. Conrad Murray.

Meanwhile, the Jackson family appears to be at odds over where Michael will be buried.

Jermaine Jackson is adamant that he be laid to rest at Neverland Ranch, Michael's former home, CBS News national correspondent Hattie Kauffman reported on "The Early Show" Wednesday.

In an emotional interview with French television, Jermaine spoke out, sharing his thoughts on a range of issues about his brother, and hinted at some family infighting, Kauffman said.

In the interview, Jermaine said Michael was charitable and provided for children who couldn't pay for medical services.

"He reached out," Jermaine said, "so, to paint him to be this person that he's not, it bothers me, it bothers my family."

Various media outlets and authors have come out with numerous reports about his personal life.

Kauffman reported the family is arguing over whether to bury Michael at the famed "Cemetery to the Stars" Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles, or at Neverland Ranch.

But that's nothing new, according to Jackson's biographer and CBS News consultant J. Randy Taraborrelli.

"The Jacksons are used to this kind of melodrama within the family," he said. "They always disagree on important matters."

But Jermaine is intent on seeing Michael buried at his former home.

"I fought to get him to Neverland," Jermaine said. "It's his home, and every inch of that place is his work, is his imagination, is what he dreamt of, and I feel it's just where he needs to be."

Michael's mother, Katherine, was originally opposed to that idea, but that may be changing, according to Taraborrelli.

"How the Jackson family generally comes to terms is that they will strike a vote, and the majority will win," Taraborrelli said. "If that doesn't work out, then Katherine has the final word."

Katherine is now fighting for permanent custody of Michael's three children.

Jermaine said if anyone tries to contest Michael's will, which stipulated Jackson's mother would raise the children, "they're not living out Michael's wishes."

The Jacksons are also hoping to perform Michael's music next month on his birthday, Kauffman reported. Jermaine said there's been talk that the Jackson brothers and Janet Jackson will do that, but added, "There will never be another Jackson 5."
