Woman Walking By Street Racers Shot, Killed In Dallas

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas police are searching for a gunman who killed a woman who was walking by as street racers gathered at the intersection of Duncanville Road and Ledbetter Drive.
The victim, later identified as Lynetta Washington was in her 50s. She was killed the morning of April 26.
A witness who wasn't a part of the spectators or racing ran over to the woman to try and help her. Unfortunately, there was nothing he could do to save her.
