Weather Clearing For Weekend

We continue to have low rain chances in north Texas. Today's chances promise to be a little more widespread but still mostly light in nature. Highs today will stay in the mid-60's for the Metroplex, in the upper 50's to the east and near 70 degrees in the southwest:

The low pressure system that has continues to bring in clouds and occasional showers finally starts to make its move into the Tennessee Valley. It'll climb up the Louisiana/Texas border this afternoon before swinging in over Arkansas. As it is the closest to us this afternoon the rain chances will peak:

The rain chances last all the way into Saturday morning as they shift to our northern counties over to the our northeast corner:

Rain chances sure but rain amounts? Not so much. Most of this will be light in nature. We are not expecting thunderstorms:

The weekend is better. Some clouds and sprinkles around in the morning before clearing a bit by afternoon. Sunday looks a little sunnier and a little warmer:
