There's something that's a little weird about people taking advantage of a loved one while they're coming out of anesthesia after a dental procedure, especially when a mom videotapes her son or daughter and the strange things they say.

But these brothers take it to the next level.

Their sister is coming out of it, and they've convinced her that the zombie apocalypse is real.

This one went super viral with 6 million views in 2 days.
