VIDEO: Gym Screwdriver Stabbing Surveillance Footage

IRVING (CBSDFW.COM) - Police have released surveillance video taken from inside an Irving gym, where a man repeatedly stabbed a woman with screwdriver earlier this week.
The video is grainy, so it is difficult to see any detail of the crime. However, you can see a person move toward the treadmill area and quite a bit of commotion around the area seconds later.
CBS 11 spoke with a Good Samaritan on the day of the stabbing, who said he was on the treadmill behind the victim, Justin Harper said he jumped off his treadmill to help her as soon as he realized what was going on. You can see him react to the stabbing in this surveillance video.
CBS 11 also talked with the man suspected of committing this crime, a day after he was jailed. Phillip Roberts says he doesn't know why he did it and directed apologies toward the victim.
