Two-Year-Old In Critical Condition Following Near Drowning

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A two-year-old boy is in critical condition after a near drowning at the Wedgewood Apartment Homes in Fort Worth.

According to officers, the two-year-old wandered out of his residence and was noticed missing at around 4:30 p.m.

According to officers, when the family went looking for the child, they noticed him in the pool of the apartment complex and pulled him out.

The first officer on scene performed CPR according to police.

The boy was taken to Cook Children's Hospital in critical condition.
