Two Children Struck By Car In Lewisville

LEWISVILLE (CBSDFW.COM) - Two elementary school-aged kids, a boy and a girl were struck by a car Wednesday afternoon.

It happened in the 800 block of S. Valley Parkway, outside the Sun Valley Aquatic Center.

Both children are conscious.  The girl was airlifted to the hospital.  The boy was taken by ambulance.

No word on their conditions but each were talking to first responders.

CBS11 has a crew on the scene and this story will be updated.
