Dallas Police say the arrest stemmed from a CyberTip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children involving the sexual exploitation of an infant.

Internet Crimes Against Children detectives were able to determine the possible location of the origination of the child pornography.

Detectives executed at Echeverria's home and say they identified the victim.
