Dallas police identify suspect in Oak Cliff shooting that left gunman and 2 others dead

Dallas police have identified the man who fatally shot two people at an Oak Cliff home early Saturday morning.

Police said the suspect, identified as 53-year-old Lalit Pradhan, knew both victims. 

Officers and Dallas Fire-Rescue responded around 2:10 a.m. to a shooting call at a residence in the 1900 block of Dudley Street.

Authorities said two victims were pronounced dead at the scene. Pradhan was found with an apparent gunshot wound and several lacerations. He was transported to the hospital, where he later died, according to police.

Investigation remains active and ongoing
