Teen In Violent Attack Video Identified

ROWLETT (CBSDFW.COM) - Police have identified the teenage girl filmed attacking another girl who was holding a toddler in Rowlett a week ago.
The fight happened on June 19 at the Herfurth Elementary School.
Police said a 14-year-old girl was sitting at table when her attacker instigated the brawl.
The victim's 3-year-old cousin was injured.
Police say they have spoken with the suspect's parents to arrange her surrender.
