Teen Falls Out Of Truck In Fort Worth

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A teenaged boy fell from truck and hit the truck's bumper outside Timber Creek High School Tuesday afternoon in North Fort Worth.
MedStar says the 18-year-old suffered a head injury but was awake and breathing at the scene.
Careflite rushed him to the hospital.
