SUV Slams Into Car on 175; Kills 2 Children

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Two children are dead after an SUV slammed into their family's car in South Dallas. The parents of the children and a third child were also in the car but weren't injured.

The victims are a 15-month old girl and a 12 or 13-year-old boy.

Sheriff's deputies said the driver of the SUV, Kelvin Leon Walker is at Baylor Hospital.

Police said an SUV was traveling eastbound more than 100 miles per hour when it crashed into the car on 175 near Elsie Faye Heggins.
