FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Investigators with the Fort Worth Police Department are searching for some brazen criminals and they're asking for your help.

Police are trying to track down the thieves who stole the credit and debit card numbers of more than 500 city employees.

As of Thursday afternoon, officials hadn't determined exactly where the breach took place, but they say it might have happened at a local chain restaurant.

So far, there have been more than $100,000 in fraudulent charges made on the stolen cards and police say that amount is expected to go up "significantly."

Police have located surveillance video of six suspects, using the stolen cards at area merchants.

Detectives are hoping someone will recognize the suspects. They are asking that anyone with information about any of the suspects or the security breach to contact Detective R.S. Turner at 817-392-4555 or click here to send him an email.
