COLLEYVILLE (CBS11) – It started off as a normal-looking pep rally at Liberty Elementary School in Keller ISD, but it quickly turned into a surprise for 9-year-old Parker Anderson.

The boy who suffers from diabetes and PTEN Hamartona Tumor Syndrome is a huge Star Wars fan.

Thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Anderson is now headed to Disney World with his entire family and to the Star Wars Jedi Academy.

"I loved being a part of that and seeing all my friends excited for me," Anderson said about the surprise.

Characters dressed as Storm Troopers, ChewBaca, Darth Vader and others walked right into the Liberty Elementary auditorium and delivered the surprise.

"I have to thank Make-A-Wish because it was awesome," said Anderson. "I mean so cool."
