EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band couldn't leave New Jersey without breaking another record.

Tuesday night's concert at MetLife Stadium ended 4 hours after it started, breaking the previous record for the group's longest U.S. show of 3 hours and 59 minutes set at MetLife last Thursday.

Springsteen told the audience the three shows at the Meadowlands were "most enjoyable."

The Boss' longest show was 4 hours and 6 minutes in Helsinki, Finland, in 2012.

The River Tour 2016, which kicked off in January, ends in Foxborough, Massachusetts, on September 14.
