PLANO (CBSDFW.COM) - Another home burglary in Plano further frustrates many neighbors who wonder aloud how many more homes he will hit before he's caught.

On Thursday, a home in the Glen Meadows subdivision, behind The Shops at Willow Bend, was burglarized.

The homeowner told CBS 11 News the burglar broke through a window in the back of the house and stole mainly jewelry from the master bedroom.

This fits the description of at least 20 other recent unsolved burglaries in Plano. Plano police have told neighbors this is a "professional" that's doing these.

"It's aggravating," said Kerry Karras, whose home was burglarized three weeks ago. "There are so many neighborhoods in Plano and unfortunately we have very dark alleys."

Karras went out on Saturday searching pawn shops for her stolen jewelry. She said ever since her home was broken into she's constantly on the look-out for clues.

"I was jogging in the morning a few days ago and found some latex gloves," she explained. "I picked them up and turned them in. Hopefully that's some sort of clue because it was awfully close to where that burglary did occur."

Karras is one of four homeowners in the Steeplechase neighborhood to be victimized by this burglar.

The neighborhood has banded together since the incidents to form a neighborhood watch plan and to purchase security cameras for the alleys.
