Second Murder Suspect Arrested In Dallas

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The man Dallas Police issued an arrest warrant for on Monday was arrested Tuesday for murder.

Police say Byron Dennard Reed, 23, was involved in the shooting death of David Haskell Sparks, 61, on May 30 at Sparks' hotel room at 8312 S. Lancaster Road.

The U.S Marshal North Texas Fugitive Task Force assisted Dallas Police with Reed's arrest Tuesday.

Police provided no details on the arrest.

A woman also wanted in the murder, Michelle Speed, 28, turned herself in Monday.
