Russian Roulette Takes Life Of Teen In Richardson

RICHARDSON (CBSDFW.COM) — Russian roulette has taken the life of a teen in Richardson.

According to an arrest affidavit, Vikram Virk shot 18-year-old Jaskaran Singh while playing the game Friday night in the parking lot of a Red Roof Inn off N. Central Expressway.

Virk drove the teen to Methodist Richardson Medical Center where he died. He initially told police that Singh shot himself, but later confessed that he had pulled the trigger.

Police have charged Virk with manslaughter.
