Explosion In Midlothian Appeared To Be From Tannerite

MIDLOTHIAN (CBSDFW.COM) - Midlothian Police said around 10:00 p.m. they have located the possible source of the explosion and have units on scene.
The possible source is a product called Tannerite, the brand of an exploding target used for firearms practice.

Midlothian Police confirmed around 9:30 p.m. they were aware of reports of a possible explosion.
The department said on its Facebook page around 9:30 p.m. Friday first responders are trying to determine the source.
People reported hearing a loud boom and houses shaking.
Early on, police were asking residents to refrain from calling unless they have an emergency.
There were no reports of injuries.
