DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - As expected, Rougned Odor's suspension has been reduced.

According to WFAN's Jon Heyman, Odor's suspension will go from eight games to seven games.

He'll begin serving his suspension starting Friday night against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

T.R. Sullivan says the Rangers will call up prospect Jurickson Profar to fill in while Odor is out.

Odor punched Blue Jays outfielder Jose Bautista in the face after Bautista slide in hard at second base on him.
