Parnell served as a backup swing tackle for Dallas in 2014, starting five regular season games and two playoff games when Dallas lost Doug Free to foot and ankle injuries.
Dallas signed Parnell in October 2010, and rewarded his play with a three-year deal in 2012.
The Cowboys locked up Free on a three-year deal on Saturday, allowing Dallas to keep its line intact for the coming season.
