DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - After a performance that left much to be desired for Dallas Mavericks fans in Game 2 of the playoffs against Houston, the team confirms guard Rajon Rondo is out indefinitely due to a back injury.

Rondo's Gutless Performance Robs All Mavs

Head coach Rick Carlisle says Mavs fans have seen the last of Rondo.  When asked at a team news conference Wednesday afternoon if he thinks Rondo will ever wear a Mavs jersey again, he said no.

The team also confirmed that forward Chandler Parsons is out for the rest of the season, and is currently exploring surgical options to repair a right knee injury.

Some good news for Mavs fans though, as the team says Devin Harris is listed as probable for Friday's game vs. Houston. The Mavericks will host the Rockets for Game 3 of the their first round playoff series. The Rockets lead the best of seven series 2-0.
