Rain, Hail, Strong Winds Move Through North Texas

NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A line of storms extending from Bonham to Stephenville came through North Texas Wednesday night but only the portion from Granbury to Lewisville was severe.

There was a Tornado Warning in Tarrant County until 9:30 p.m. but no reports of a touchdown or major damage.

Heavy rain and quarter-sized hail has been reported.

CBS11's Andrea Lucia reporting about 15 miles north of downtown Ft. Worth saw lots of lightning and intensifying rain shortly after 10:00 p.m. on I-35W.

In Frisco, CBS11's Jeff Paul reported thunder, lightning, strong winds and moderate to heavy rain at 10:10 p.m.

Severe Thunderstorm warnings in Dallas and Tarrant County continued until 11:15 p.m.
