AUSTIN (CBSDFW.COM) - At a hearing this morning of the Texas Education Agency in Austin a decision was made not to revoke Prime Prep Academy's charter. That decision will be made at a later day.

The school founded by Deion Sanders owes more than half a million dollars to companies who have done business with the charter school.

A board meeting scheduled last night to surrender the license was called off because there were not enough board members present.
