ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) – There are rumblings of a possible police boycott when Beyoncé makes a stop in North Texas on her tour in May.
Some police unions object to the "black lives matter" themes in her new music video and Super Bowl halftime show.
They said her message is "anti-police."
Friday the vice president of the Dallas police association told CNN the group is discussing joining the boycott for her concert at AT&T Stadium.
"We are very happy that our brothers and sisters in blue are boycotting anyone who tarnishes the image of law enforcement," said Vice President the Dallas Police Association, Frederick Frazier. "And when she comes to Dallas, she needs to know that the anti-police message is not welcomed."
Frazier changed his stance however Friday night, saying the union has not decided how it will handle the concert -- if anything.
Police in Arlington haven't returned calls from CBS11.
