Dallas County Deputy Dies In Head-On Crash

FORNEY (CBSDFW.COM) - A head-on crash in Forney has left two people dead.
A Dallas County Deputy died at the scene. He was off-duty at the time and had worked for the department more than 20 years. The second victim was transported to Lake Pointe Emergency Services in Forney and later passed away.
The only survivor was transported by CareFlite to Baylor Hospital of Dallas and was in stable condition by Friday night.
The names of the three men involved in the crash were not released.
Investigators are trying to determine what caused the fatal crash.
