Police, FBI Investigating Armed Robbery At Flower Mound Credit Union

FLOWER MOUND (CBSDFW.COM) - Two armed females robbed Qualtrust Credit Union in Flower Mound Saturday morning. Police say the two robbers overpowered employees and locked them in the credit union safe.

The suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled. After the robbery, a customer found employees locked in the safe and called police.

The customer walked in the lobby, saw no employees, and heard noises from the back of the credit union.

Flower Mound Police opened the safe after contacting other Qualtrust employees. No one was harmed in the incident.

Now police and FBI agents are investigating the robbery. The two female suspects are both described as, thin build, approximately 5'6", dark-skin, and black hair.

Both were wearing sunglasses and a hat. One suspect was wearing all black and armed with a black semi-automatic handgun.

The other suspect was wearing pink and white and armed with a knife.
