Dallas police say a second person accused of recently providing illegal buttocks injections has surrendered to authorities.

Investigators say 32-year-old Jimmy Clarke was arrested Tuesday on a charge of practicing medicine without a license. He was being held at the Dallas County jail on a $25,000 bond.

A 43-year-old woman surrendered to authorities last week on the same charge.

Authorities say the two provided illegal hydrogel injections that were sealed with Super Glue at a salon. One customer said she suffered soreness and psychological problems after the procedure.

Investigators say Clarke and the second salon employee are being investigated in the death of a 34-year-old woman whose body was found at the salon in February after she received an injection.

Online jail records did not indicate an attorney for Clarke.
