DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police have issued arrest warrants for two people accused of giving a Dallas woman butt injections, despite the fact that neither has a medical license.

Police say a woman filed a police report naming Denise Ross, 43, and Jimmy Clarke (aka Alicia), 31, as the individuals who gave her butt injections on February 9, at an address in 3800 block of East Side Avenue in Dallas, Texas.

The victim says she made the appointment with Ross, who was known to her only as "Wee Wee." She paid $520 at her appointment for her first session before Ross and Clarke took her to a back room, sanitized her buttocks and injected an unknown liquid into her right and left buttocks. The victim told police she had three syringes on one side of her buttocks and four syringes on the other, which were never removed and refilled with an unknown liquid.

The victim says she felt intense pain and was told repeatedly to be quiet after "screaming in agony," according to police. She says after the injections, the holes were sealed with super glue and cotton balls. She was given two tubes of super glue to take home to prevent the injected liquid from leaking out.

Police say neither Ross or Clarke is registered with the Texas Medical Board, Texas Physician Assistant Board, or the Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners and has issued warrants for Practicing Medicine Without A License.

Both Ross and Clarke have prior convictions and CBS 11 obtained their mugshots.  We have taken them down at the request of DPD, after their concern that the publication of the pictures could compromise their investigation.
