DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Two men have been arrested and charged with aggravated robberies on the south end of the Katy Trail in recent weeks.

Deray Robinson, 21, was arrested in Fannin County on an unrelated charge on November 6.  Dallas police say he admitted his involvement in one Katy Trail robbery.

Jamaciay Smith, 17, who lives at the same apartment as Robinson on Harry Hines adjacent to the Katy Trail, was arrested by DPD officers Thursday morning.

Police say the men pointed guns at their victims and stole their property.

Surveillance video, credit card data and witness information helped lead investigators to the suspects.

Both are charged with aggravated  robbery.

Police say it's not yet clear if the pair is responsible for all five Katy Trail robberies in recent weeks.
