PARKER COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - A so-called "swinger house" is causing controversy after the The Hills of Bear Creek HOA filed a lawsuit against it.

The Parker County home owned by Randy Carter has dozens of beds lined up inside. And it's what allegedly happens on those beds that has upset members of the HOA.

The organization said Carter is breaking the rules by running a business out of his home, hosting wild swinger parties.

A lawsuit filed by the organization said Carter uses the website swingersclublist.com to advertise an occupancy of up to 600 people, and charges couples $75 to attend.

It also said Carter's parties would regularly cause a large increase in traffic within the neighborhood, which was not typical for the residential subdivision. Furthermore, the parties have caused loud noise and domestic disturbances when 'guests' spill into the streets after they have had their fun.

Carter has 20 days to respond to the lawsuit.
