CELINA (CBSDFW.COM) - Celina ISD sent a letter home to parents Thursday alerting them that Norovirus, commonly called the "winter vomiting bug," has reached the school district.

The district says the elementary campus has been hit especially hard.

Celina ISD custodial and maintenance departments will be involved in disinfecting campuses over the three-day weekend to help prevent the spread of the virus.
