DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Taking aim at package thieves this holiday season, two Dallas brothers have come up with a new business idea that could help put an end to "porch thefts."

The service is called "Snaparcel."

The idea is to have delivery service after normal business hours.

"We're like the evening shift of UPS or FedEx," said Andrew Pimental.

Instead of an online order being delivered to a home, a customer would enter the address of the Snaparcel warehouse. The package would then be delivered on whatever selected day between 6 p.m. and Midnight. The customer chooses the time and the delivery services gives an hour window of arrival.

"We thought there's got to be a better way to handle this because we work during the day, we're not at home to pick these up, to sign for them to watch whether they've been delivered or not," said Andrew Pimental.

A single package costs $4. There is also a monthly $20 charge for unlimited deliveries.

"I wish I thought of this myself is what I thought," said Paige Vincent, a new customer.

Thieves stole packages off of Vincent's porch a few months ago.

When she heard about the new service, as a mom on the go and with Christmas packages arriving, Vincent felt like using the service was an easy choice.

"The price for one month service will cover one package being stolen easily," said Vincent.

Andrew and Marc Pimental said they hope to put all package thieves out of business.

"Hopefully as time goes on, put all those stolen package issues at ease." said Marc Pimental.

Snaparcel right now only delivers to Dallas addresses.

There are plans for expansion.
