New Charges For Capital Murder Suspect In The Colony

THE COLONY (CBSDFW.COM) -  The man charged with Capital Murder in the shooting death of a clerk at the Rapido convenience store, was charged Monday with Aggravated Robbery of the Check N Go on Main Street.

Deon Kingston Jr. remains in the Denton County Jail.

The 19-year-old was arrested June 19 in the shooting death of Samira Siwakoti. She was shot and killed, according to police, by Kingston shortly after he robbed her at the Rapido convenience store.
