RICHARDSON (CBSDFW.COM) - Richardson Police issued a murder warrant Thursday for Luis Rodriguez in the disappearance of Camelia Perez-Hernandez.

The probable cause affidavit is sealed but police tell CBS11 they have reason to suspect that Rodriguez killed her.

The Richardson couple has been missing since July 11.

Camelia Perez-Hernandez, 25 and her boyfriend, Luis Rodriguez, 41 were last seen around 9:00 that night.

Perez-Hernandez's sister reported her missing to police on July 12.

Police said at the time Rodriguez's truck, a black, four-door Nissan, was also missing.

Perez-Hernandez's family told police she is a very reliable person who had just gotten a promotion at work.

Richardson Police can be reached at 972-744-4800.
