Monkey Runs Wild; Attacks 84-Year-Old Woman

HARLNGEN (CBSDFW.COM) - An 84-year-old woman in South Texas was sent to the hospital after she was attacked by a monkey.

The animal ran wild through a neighborhood in Harlingen and reportedly injured two other people.

Police and animal control workers were able to capture the monkey.

No word on how the monkey got loose or where it came from.
