DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A "wild card" running back led the wild card Dallas Cowboys into the Super Bowl in January 1976, and the 32nd greatest moment in team history.

The surprising Cowboys surprised the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Championship game at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Roger Staubach threw four touchdown passes -- three of them to all-purpose running back Preston Pearson. Dallas scored the first 34 points of the game on their way a dominating 37-7 victory.
