Mesquite Police Look For Suspect Who Fatally Shot Teen

MESQUITE (CBSDFW.COM) - A Mesquite teen was fatally shot Saturday night at a party at residence.
According to Mesquite police, they were called to a home in the 2100 block of Catskill Dr. because of a shooting.

Once at the home they found victim, 18-year-old, Charles Elliott with a gunshot wound to his head.
Elliott was transported to Parkland Hospital, where he died Sunday morning.

Witnesses told police the victim was shot during an argument at a house party.
Police are still investigating this case and are trying to get information from witnesses about the shooting.
